TERMS & CONDITIONS In relation to this document, the terms ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ means Team 360 Pty Ltd. All transactions are processed and orders and subscription items distributed by Team 360 Pty Ltd, or an authorised agent of Team 360 Pty Ltd. ‘The website’ means the website from where you linked to this document. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms of Use You should read and familiarize yourself with these Terms of Use before you use this Web Site. By using this Web Site, you expressly agree to these Terms of Use as they are amended from time to time and you acknowledge that you have read and understood them. You also agree that any information that you provide to us will be true, accurate, current and complete and that you will maintain and properly update your personal profile as required. You should always check this page prior to using the Site to make sure that you have a current understanding of the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue your use of this site. What credit cards do you accept? We accept MasterCard and Visa. Leadership Program Selected audio products are available on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are ongoing and paid monthly in advance. Payments are processed on the first business day of each month, and your subscription items will be shipped during the following week. Any cancellations received by Team 360 after this charge has occurred will not take effect until the following month (meaning that you will still receive the items you have already paid for, but no payment will be processed the following month) Pricing All pricing on the TEAM360 web site are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified. The Team 360 Leadership Program is $19.95 inc GST per month. You will receive 3 Audio CDs per month, focusing on the development of leadership qualities. In addition, you will receive full access to the website, including the E-Learning Centre, where you can pick up the latest business training, as well as dates & events, news and personal development articles. Cancellations Subscriptions to the Leadership Program may be cancelled at any time either via the website, or by advising Team360 in writing. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required. All cancellations will take effect at the end of the month current at the date of expiry of the two weeks notice. No refunds will be given for part months. Returns No refunds will be given for subscription items, they are non-returnable, if you receive damaged items please contact Team360 for a replacement. All other items are subject to a 14 day return policy, if you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item in a saleable condition. A restocking fee of $2.50 per item applies. Shipping and Delivery All items are delivered via Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Subscription items are shipped within the first 5 working days each month, if you are a new subscriber and have requested immediate shipping these will be despatched within 5 working days. All other orders are shipped within 5 working days of order. Please allow up to 5 working days for arrival of goods via Australia Post. Privacy Team360 is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information collected for your stated request. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Security When you place orders or access your membership information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the data we collect is protected by state-of-the-art 'firewalls' against unauthorized access. Credit Card information is not stored unless: It is linked to a subscribed item. Credit Card information is not stored on servers accessible via the Internet; all credit card information that is stored on our servers is stored in a secured and encrypted method. This information is available only to authorized personnel. No credit card information is stored for any orders other than subscriptions. You can request to have stored Credit Card information deleted from our servers at any time. All cancelled subscriptions will have their subscription payment information automatically deleted.
